What we did
The mattress surface was checked before moisture was introduced. Dry particles were removed, affected zones were treated carefully, and controlled extraction was used across the accessible top rather than only over the most visible marks. Ventilation and drying remain part of the customer handover advice.
What the photographs show
The photographed result is a visibly more uniform top surface with the broad yellow cast reduced. The image cannot establish conditions inside the mattress, allergen counts or sterilisation, so none of those outcomes is claimed.
Limits of this case
A mattress can retain internal contamination or old chemical changes even when its cover looks better. The exact age, filling, cause of yellowing and drying time were not documented for publication.
