How long it takes

The kitchen and bathroom of an average Budapest two-bedroom run four to six hours with two people, if nothing has been deep cleaned for a year. Less if something has. The oven is the longest single item, because burnt-on grease has to stand with the product before anyone can start on it.

When you need one

Before moving in, after moving out, at the end of a refurbishment, after a long time away, or once a year alongside a weekly clean. A weekly clean keeps surfaces in order. The inside of the oven, the back of the fridge and the grout are not surfaces, they are separate work.

How long it takes

A furnished two-room flat runs six to eight hours with two people, and the kitchen and bathroom take half of that. An empty flat is four to five, because nothing has to be moved and put back. Most of the time is not scrubbing but waiting: oven cleaner and descaler need to act. That is why the job does not compress.

What helps if you do it before we arrive

Rough time for one person: up to 40 m² four to five hours, 50-70 m² six to seven, 80-110 m² seven to eight, 120-150 m² ten to twelve. If nothing has been deep cleaned for years add 50-100%, with a pet 15%. Separate items: oven 8,000 Ft or 15,000 Ft with the glass taken out, extractor hood with the filter 6,000 Ft, inside of the fridge 5,000 Ft, chandelier 5,000 Ft, steam on grout 20,000 Ft per room, which means per room and not per flat. For companies, plus 27% VAT.
