What it costs
We charge by the hour, because nobody can see the amount of dust in advance: 9,500-10,500 Ft per cleaner per hour, minimum eight hours. An empty 40 m² flat with moderate dust takes two cleaners about five hours, which is ten work hours: 95,000-105,000 Ft. From your photos we write the estimated hours and the total, and that total is the ceiling.
When we can start
When the trades have finished: no more sanding or drilling, the machines are out, paint and grout are dry. We need water and power. If we start earlier, new dust settles on clean surfaces within minutes and you pay for the work twice.
How we work
Dry first, from the top down: we lift the dust with an industrial vacuum, because water on loose dust makes grey slurry that settles into grout. Then the wet round, and the floor once more at the end. You get a photo report when we finish.

Frequently asked questions
Is rubble removal included?
No. Large debris and building waste go out with the contractor or a waste company before the cleaning.
Is it done in one day?
Many flats are. With a lot of fine dust, many windows or stubborn residue a second round may be needed; we tell you in advance from the photos.
Does every paint and cement mark come off?
Not always. If a mark would only come off by damaging the surface, we do not risk it, and we tell you before we start.
What if something was not done properly?
Write to us within 48 hours with a photo. If an agreed surface was missed or not done properly, we come back and do it at no charge.
